Cisco’s workforce is widely distributed, though several U.S. tech hubs carry the greatest concentration of talent. Approximately 8.6% of employees work in San Jose, the company’s long-time headquarters, with another 4.9% located elsewhere in the San Francisco Bay Area. North Carolina is a notable talent centre, combining Raleigh and Cary for nearly 8% of staff. Outside the United States, Bengaluru hosts close to 4% of employees, reflecting Cisco’s engineering presence in India. The remaining headcount is spread across additional U.S. cities and international offices, illustrating the company’s global operating footprint.
