Corporate functions such as Business Management, Finance & Administration, and Information Technology together account for close to 16 percent of headcount, while Human Resources, Operations, Consulting, and other specialty teams make up the remaining share. This distribution points to a diversified staffing model that blends deep technical expertise with robust go-to-market and back-office capabilities.

Adobe’s talent base is widely distributed. The largest concentration is in the San Francisco Bay Area, home to nearly 4,200 employees. Additional U.S. hubs include New York, Seattle, Los Angeles, and Lehi, each hosting several hundred team members. In Asia, Bengaluru, Noida, and Delhi anchor the company’s presence in India, while London serves as a key European office. More than half of the workforce falls under ‘Other’ locations, reflecting a broad mix of additional offices and remote employees across the globe.
