Can You Share a Scheduled Chat's Results with Your Team in Unify?

Yes. A scheduled chat run produces a conversation, and you can share that conversation’s link with members of your Unify workspace. If teammates need recurring work of their own, an administrator can instead select multiple users for a schedule. Each selected user’s run starts a separate conversation using that user’s permissions and context.

These are different operations: sharing one completed result does not automatically share every future run, and assigning a schedule to several people does not create one identical shared report. Choose the path based on whether colleagues need to inspect your result or receive their own recurring results.

How do you share one scheduled result?

Open the scheduled chat and find the relevant conversation under Previous runs. In that conversation, click the Share conversation icon and copy the link, as described in the chat documentation. Send the link to the intended workspace teammates through your usual collaboration channel.

The shared link shows the conversation’s current messages, including follow-ups you add later. Treat it as access to an evolving conversation, not a frozen export of the original answer. Review what the conversation contains before sharing it, and keep later additions appropriate for the same audience.

The documented access boundary is membership in your Unify workspace. It does not establish public access for external recipients or permission to edit the underlying schedule. If a colleague cannot open the result, check workspace access through Members and roles rather than assuming that forwarding the URL grants membership.

Where do results from later runs appear?

According to the scheduled-chat guide, each run starts a new conversation. Open Previous runs to inspect its status and result. A follow-up in an earlier conversation belongs to that conversation; a later scheduled run is a separate result.

Sharing the link to one run therefore should not be treated as subscribing teammates to future conversations. For a proposed team review routine, designate someone to select the relevant run and share its link with enough context to identify the review period. This is an operating suggestion, not a documented automatic distribution feature.

Can an administrator schedule work for several teammates?

Yes. Administrators can select several people in Users when creating or editing a schedule. Selected users can see their schedule and results. An administrator can update the prompt, change the users, or pause future runs for the team.

A prompt referring to “my book” can operate on a different set of accounts for each rep. Do not interpret different outputs as a sharing failure before checking the user context and the source requested. Unify’s agent workflow uses context for research, but the scheduled-chat documentation defines the actual multi-user behavior.

If the task needs CRM information, name that source explicitly and inspect the connection described in Work with your CRM. A shared result does not prove that another teammate can independently retrieve the same source records or perform the same updates. Connection access and workspace visibility are separate questions.

Make the recurring task understandable without the old conversation

Put the account scope, requested information, source, and expected output in the saved prompt. Scheduled runs execute without an interactive conversation, so include how to handle missing values or an empty result. Confirm the intended time zone and next run time when approving the schedule.

For recurring account research, list building in chat explains how to define and inspect a set of companies or people. If you use an audience, remember that its membership changes as records meet or stop meeting the saved conditions. A changed input population can explain why two runs differ.

The daily account-prioritization workflow is useful context for deciding which account details a team needs to review. The buying-committee workflow offers a different research objective: responsibilities and supporting evidence. Choose the required output rather than combining unrelated research into one recurring task.

How do you correct a recurring result?

Open the previous run and identify what was missing. Ask follow-up questions there when you want to investigate that particular result. To change later runs, open the scheduled chat’s menu, choose Edit, revise the saved prompt, and save. Use Run now to inspect the revised task.

Check status and the response when work is incomplete. Missing context or access to a connected service may require correction. Review credits and usage when capacity is relevant; recurring work still consumes resources according to the actions performed. Do not assume every selected user’s run completes simply because the schedule exists.

Before expanding a team schedule, inspect the result for the intended users and confirm that someone owns recurring review. When a teammate leaves, review their scheduled work as part of the membership handoff: the members guide says removing a user also removes their scheduled chats and personal context.

Frequently asked questions

Can a teammate open my scheduled chat result?

Members of your Unify workspace can open a shared conversation link. Open the scheduled run’s result conversation and use Share conversation to copy its link.

Will that link show future scheduled runs?

Each scheduled run starts a new conversation. The shared link includes later messages in the conversation you shared, but it does not establish automatic access to every future run.

Can everyone receive the same scheduled prompt?

An administrator can select multiple users for a schedule. Each user receives a separate conversation using their own permissions and context, so the results need not be identical.

Does asking a follow-up change the next scheduled run?

No. Follow-ups belong to the completed conversation. Edit the saved schedule prompt to change future runs, then use Run now to inspect the revised task.

Does sharing a result grant permission to edit its schedule?

The documented conversation-sharing feature provides workspace members access to that conversation. It does not establish schedule-editing rights or grant administrator privileges.
