The AI Research tab is a powerful new feature in the Tasks Dashboard designed to provide reps with instant context while working through manual tasks—like replying to emails or making cold calls. To access it, simply open any task and click the “View AI Research” drawer on the left-hand side. This panel surfaces key information to help you personalize responses and complete tasks with greater insight and relevance.
The research modules presented are dynamically generated and tailored to the account you’re viewing. You can read through them to quickly get up to speed on the company’s background, activity, and any relevant insights that could help strengthen your outreach. In this demo, the modules reflect Unify’s own sales motion, which typically targets go-to-market teams—but the great part is that your AI Research tab will be customized for your specific use case. So depending on your audience and industry, the content will adjust to reflect your own GTM strategy and sales goals.
You also have the ability to give feedback on the modules shown. By using the thumbs up or thumbs down icons, you help train the model to prioritize the types of research that are most helpful to you and your team. That’s all there is to it—just open the drawer, review the insights, and let the AI help you craft smarter, more personalized outreach in less time.
