Welcome to this quick tutorial on how to reply to emails directly within the Unify app. While we briefly covered this in the Intro to Task Dashboard video, this feature is so essential to your workflow that it deserves its own dedicated walkthrough. The ability to respond to prospect replies directly inside Unify helps you save time, stay focused, and book meetings faster.
To access this functionality, start by navigating to your Task Dashboard. From there, filter your tasks by type and select “Reply to Email.” This will show you a list of all contacts who have responded to your outbound messages, allowing you to prioritize follow-up efficiently. On the right-hand side of each task, you’ll notice sentiment icons that help you quickly assess the tone of the reply. A green thumbs-up means positive sentiment, a phone icon indicates a meeting intent, and a neutral icon represents a reply without strong sentiment either way.
To reply, simply click into the task. You’ll see the original message that triggered the task, along with its sentiment indicator. Below that, you’ll find a text box where you can write your response. Once you’ve crafted your message, click “Send Now” and Unify will immediately deliver your reply. It’s fast, simple, and keeps everything in one streamlined interface.
It probably goes without saying, but responding to inbound replies should be your highest priority each day. These replies represent warm opportunities to engage, and this feature is built to help you take action on them quickly and effectively.
