Find and enrich the right account contacts
Build a contact list around the people you need to reach, with verified details ready for review.
How it runs
- Step 1
Choose accounts and roles
Start from your target accounts and specify the responsibilities you sell to. Match subsidiaries to the right account.
- Step 2
Find and verify contacts
Identify current people in those roles and check work emails and phone numbers across available sources.
- Step 3
Review the contact list
Keep source confidence and missing fields visible. Hold unresolved contact details out of outreach.

Find the right people to contact at my target accounts and enrich their emails and phone numbers
How it changes by who you sell to
- Software
- The technical owner, the daily user and the budget holder are different people. Ask for all three by role, and have ContactOut, Prospeo, Findymail and FullEnrich fill email first and phone only where the number is verified.
- Manufacturing
- Contacts belong to a plant or to corporate, and the difference decides who can buy. Ask for the site in the output and for plant-level operations roles alongside the corporate owner.
- Financial services
- Titles are standardized, so the role filter works; direct numbers are the gap. Ask for verified email only, and have Unify mark any phone number as unverified rather than leaving it out.
- Healthcare
- The buyer is often in operations rather than clinical leadership. Ask for revenue-cycle, supply-chain and IT roles at the system office, and have Unify confirm the role, not just the name.
- Professional services
- Partners rarely list direct lines; practice managers do, and they route the conversation. Ask for both, and have the practice manager's number take priority over the partner's.

Questions about this workflow
Which roles does Unify look for?
The ones you name in the prompt. Ask for the technical owner, the daily user and the budget holder separately so each account has the right three people.
Where do emails and phone numbers come from?
ContactOut, Prospeo, Findymail, Forager and FullEnrich, which are included with Unify and tried in turn, with Clearbit for company data. Only verified values are written.
Does it write contacts to my CRM?
Yes, if you connect Salesforce or HubSpot. New contacts are created and existing records are filled in, not overwritten.
What happens when a number cannot be verified?
The field is left empty and marked, so you know what is missing rather than calling a wrong number.
