Engineering is PsiQuantum’s largest department at roughly 150 employees, accounting for nearly half of the total workforce and underscoring the company’s research-driven focus. Business Management follows with just over 60 employees, providing strategic and operational guidance. Finance & Administration and Information Technology together contribute more than 40 employees, ensuring financial stewardship and robust internal systems. The remaining headcount is distributed across Marketing & Product, Consulting, Sales & Support, Human Resources, Operations, and Other functions, each comprising between 3 % and 7 % of staff and supplying the diverse expertise required to support a deep-tech enterprise.
PsiQuantum’s personnel are concentrated in California, with San Francisco hosting the largest single office at around 90 employees, or more than one-quarter of the company. Smaller clusters are located in Santa Clara, Los Angeles, Chicago, Arlington, and Portola Valley, while a London presence provides an international foothold.
