Finding the perfect company to target in outbound sales has traditionally been a manual, multi-step process. Sales reps would need to search LinkedIn for the company, identify their ideal customer profile (ICP) contacts one by one, add those prospects into sequences, and ensure all data synced back to their CRM. With the latest enhancement to the Unify Chrome Extension, this workflow can now be completed in a single click.

The new Trigger Play feature allows users to instantly run a pre-configured outbound play for any company they come across online. Once activated, Trigger Play launches a series of automated actions based on the play design. For example, in the “Charlie Website Play,” the trigger node captures the selected company and passes it into three prospecting nodes that run in parallel. Each node targets a specific persona - AOB Quarterbacks, BDR Leaders, and Rev Ops Leaders.

From there, the system loops through each prospect, automatically enrolling them in the correct sequence and syncing all information to Salesforce. This means that with ICPs and plays set up in advance, reps can prospect and engage qualified companies instantly without the repetitive manual steps. Trigger Play turns the moment of discovery into immediate action, helping sales teams move faster and focus on conversations rather than process.
