Start by going to LinkedIn Sales Navigator and filtering for leads under the “Buyer Intent” category by toggling on “People who follow your company.” From there, refine your results using territory, company size, and job title filters—for instance, targeting 1–500 employee companies and titles like VP of Sales or Director of Growth. Export the filtered list using PhantomBuster’s Sales Navigator Search Export, which gives you a CSV of names and LinkedIn profile URLs.

Next, upload this CSV into the People tab in Unify. Even without emails, Unify’s enrichment will identify contact details using the LinkedIn profile links. Once enriched, map your fields and name your audience (e.g., “LinkedIn Followers – SF Territory”).

Then create personas in Unify—like “Head of Marketing” or “VP of Sales”—by including and excluding relevant titles. These personas become reusable filters for automations and sequences.
