LinkedIn Likes & Commenters Play

The LinkedIn Likes & Commenters Play turns influencer post engagement into high-intent pipeline. Every week, top industry voices share high-traction content on LinkedIn—and their followers often mirror your ICP. Instead of manually parsing through likes and comments, this play lets you automate the entire process: extract, enrich, segment, and outbound to the right leads in minutes.

Start by identifying a relevant post from someone your audience follows—like Mark Benioff posting about AI agents. Copy the post URL and plug it into PhantomBuster’s LinkedIn Post Scraper. Choose the Single Post option, run the extraction, and download the resulting CSV. This gives you names and LinkedIn profile URLs of everyone who liked or commented.

Next, upload the CSV to Unify’s People tab and turn on enrichment. As long as you provide LinkedIn URLs, Unify will automatically fill in email addresses and other contact details. Name your audience something memorable—like “Mark Benioff AI Post – May 2025”—and complete the upload by mapping first name, last name, and LinkedIn URL.

To focus your outreach, define your personas. For example, create an “Engineering Leaders” persona for titles like Engineering Manager, Director of Engineering, and CTO. Also create a “Customer Experience Leaders” persona that includes roles like Head of Support and VP of CX. Unify helps you include relevant titles and exclude irrelevant ones, like Intern or Recruiter.

Now write persona-specific sequences. For engineering leaders, your message might reference their interest in the post and position your AI tooling as dev-team-focused. For CX leaders, your sequence can highlight how AI agents streamline customer workflows. Each sequence should speak directly to the persona’s needs and tie back to the post they engaged with.

With personas and sequences set, head to the Plays section in Unify. Create a new play triggered when someone enters the audience from your upload. Add a Sequence node and configure routing: CX leaders go to the CX sequence, engineering leaders go to the engineering sequence. This ensures each lead receives messaging aligned to their role and interests.

Once the play is live, you can reuse it anytime. Just scrape the next relevant influencer post, upload a fresh CSV to the same audience, and Unify will take care of the rest—automatically enrolling new leads and outbounding to them with hyper-relevant messaging.

This play captures real-time engagement signals and transforms them into warm, personalized outreach. What used to take hours of manual list-building now takes five minutes, giving you a scalable, repeatable path to more meetings.
