This Year in Product

Product is the engine behind everything we do at Unify. And this year, that engine ran faster and harder than ever.

We shipped 187 features. We added 2,013,381 lines of code. We redefined what outbound can be. And we delivered real momentum to every customer using Unify.

Here is what we built together.

A breakthrough year for sellers with Unify for Sales Reps

While the foundations of our product were rooted in automated outbound, we found that even in a world shaped by AI, humans bring a unique value to the outbound function that cannot be replaced. That insight drove our biggest product delivery of the year… Unify for Sales Reps

This was our effort to give outbound sales teams an end-to-end system for their entire workflow, so they can book more meetings with less effort. This offering brought about a number of new key capabilities: 

  • AI Research: Out-of-the-box panel that surfaces insights including funding events, toolsets, earnings signals, and other company-specific context on each account so reps can personalize outreach without manual digging
  • Unify Browser Extension: Instant enrichment, lead capture, and sequence enrollment from the web or CRM to help reps prospect at the speed of their workflow.
  • Unified Task Dashboard: A centralized workspace that consolidates tasks, AI-classified replies, and activity so sellers always know the next best action
  • Manual Tasks in Sequences: The ability to generate human-driven tasks inside automated workflows so teams can blend automation with human touch.

Together, these capabilities created a complete BDR workflow inside Unify, giving these sellers a clearer path to execution and a more powerful way to turn signals into sales.

We gave teams deeper insight into who to target

Great outbound starts with knowing who to focus on, so we delivered the signals and data sellers need to identify even more high intent accounts with confidence.

  • Lookalikes Signal: AI identifies companies similar to your best customers so teams can expand pipeline into higher quality accounts with confidence.
  • New Website Intent Data Providers: New integrations with Snitcher and Demandbase allow us to capture more website activity in real time, on average 77% across customers. This enables sellers to catch more anonymous visitors and high intent accounts at the moment they engage.

Combined, these targeting capabilities help GTM teams spend their time where it matters most by showing them the right accounts at the right moment.

We made outbound orchestration easier than ever

Precision is everything in outbound, so we built features that improve timing, clarity, and responsiveness at every step of the workflow.

  • Custom Send Schedules: Teams control exactly when sequence emails are delivered, improving open rates by aligning outreach with prospect time zones and behavior.
  • AI Email Reply Classification: AI categorizes inbound replies instantly so sellers know how to respond without manually sorting through inboxes.
  • Real-time Notifications: Positive replies, urgent tasks, and key updates surface instantly across Slack, email, and in app so sellers never miss an opportunity to act.

These capabilities ensure GTM teams run cleaner, more effective outreach motions that respond quickly to buyer signals and convert more consistently.

We continued leading the way in AI

With AI as a core foundation of Unify, we focused on expanding agent reliability, automation, and model strength across the product.

  • Smarter AI Evaluation Systems: We built stronger evaluation frameworks that test agents across research and workflow execution, improving reliability and consistency for GTM teams.
  • OpenAI Computer-Use Agent in Unify: We brought OpenAI’s computer use agent into Unify so sellers can trigger agents that navigate the web and complete multi-step tasks, reducing repetitive manual work.
  • Next-generation Model Performance with GPT 5: We upgraded key experiences to GPT-5, improving reasoning, research quality, and message personalization so sellers and marketers get sharper insights and more accurate automation.

These advancements made AI more capable inside Unify, helping teams automate work, uncover better insights, and further personalize outreach with more speed and confidence.

And customers felt the impact

The results from teams using Unify show how these features came together to create faster, smarter, and more effective outbound motions.

  • 41M plays executed: Teams executed over forty million automated plays with Unify, proving that large portions of outbound can be orchestrated with higher precision.

  • 4k+ AI Agents built: Customers built more than four thousand AI agents that automated research, qualification, and personalization, freeing marketers and sellers to focus where it matters.

  • 10k+ positive replies generated: Smarter signals, stronger prospecting, and better sequencing produced nearly ten thousand positive replies that directly drove more pipeline.

These numbers reflect a clear shift for our customers as outbound becomes more automated, more intelligent, and more reliably connected to pipeline outcomes.
